When you use our contact form, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the subject and content of your message. No medical or health data is collected via this site: the form is used solely to arrange contact or an appointment, never to transmit medical information.

This data is used exclusively to respond to your contact or appointment request. Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the relevant box when submitting the form.

Your data is accessible to Centre Médical Léopold III staff responsible for handling requests. The contact form is routed via Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), a technical provider that forwards the message to our email inbox; Formspree acts as a data processor and does not use your data for any other purpose. If you click a "Doctoranytime" link to book an appointment with a practitioner, you leave our site: your data is then processed directly by Doctoranytime, according to its own privacy policy.

Data submitted via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

This site only uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your chosen language (FR/NL/EN). This information stays on your device, is never shared with third parties, and is not used for tracking or advertising purposes. No tracking or advertising cookies are currently used on this site.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
